1. Services
Stunning Hair Extensions provides professional hair extension application, removal, and maintenance services, including but not limited to: tape-in extensions, iTip extensions, lace front wigs, and full lace wigs. All services are performed by trained professionals using 100% human hair.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including in cases where a consultation determines that a requested service may cause harm to a client's natural hair.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be booked in advance by phone (+1 416-996-1490) or Instagram DM.
- We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.
3. Consultations
A consultation may be required before certain services are performed. Consultations allow our stylist to assess your natural hair health, recommend the most suitable extension type, and provide an accurate price estimate. Consultation outcomes are recommendations only; the final decision rests with the client.
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are provided during consultation and are subject to change based on the amount of hair required, hair condition, and complexity of application.
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
5. Hair Care Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided by our stylist. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines (including recommended washing, brushing, and sleeping practices) may result in premature extension slippage, matting, or damage. Stunning Hair Extensions is not liable for issues arising from improper aftercare.
6. Satisfaction & Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to address any issues. Refunds are not provided for completed services; however, we will offer a complimentary adjustment appointment if a defect in application is identified within 72 hours.
Hair products and extensions purchased are non-returnable for hygiene reasons once applied.
7. Website Use
The content on our website (www.stunningextensions.ca) — including text, images, and videos — is owned by Stunning Hair Extensions and protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without express written permission.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stunning Hair Extensions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
